Facilitation Services
WWGP has trained ToP Facilitators available on a contractual basis to facilitate a wide variety of experiences, including:
- 1 hour of facilitation, for conversations and meetings
- 1 day of facilitation, for deeper exploration
- Action Planning, for developing short-term plans up to 1 year
- Strategic Planning, for developing long-range plans, approximately 3-5 years. Strategic Planning facilitation fees also include 3 quarterly follow-up sessions to ensure the plan is implemented smoothly
- Virtual Meetings, to connect individuals who may not be able to gather in person
Training - Public Courses

- ToP Facilitation Methods Training provides an excellent introduction to Focused Conversations, Consensus Workshops, and Action Plans.
- ToP Strategic Planning Training teaches participants a new, engaging, welcoming method for facilitating strategic plans within any organization.
Courses are suitable for 15-18 participants and offered in 2 or 3 day formats. Three follow-up mentoring hours are included. See courses and register at www.top-training.net
Mentoring Services
Mentoring is available on an hourly basis after completion of any ToP training for assistance designing meetings or co-facilitating.
